The Real Cost to Buy Workbook is a digital download sold as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and our Refund Policy.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the workbook for your own homebuying decisions. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the file. You may modify formulas for personal use but may not distribute modified versions.
