Our commitment

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If the workbook does not work as described, we will make it right.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• The file does not open or is corrupted
• Formulas are broken or produce incorrect results due to an error on our part
• The product delivered differs materially from what was described at checkout

Not eligible

Refunds are not offered for:

• Change of mind after downloading the file
• Incompatibility with your version of Excel or Google Sheets that falls within the documented compatibility notes
• Results that differ from your expectations due to local market conditions, lender terms, or personal circumstances

How to request a refund

Email support@homebythenumbers.com within 7 days of purchase with your receipt or order confirmation. Include a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 2 business days.

Resolution order

Before issuing a refund, we may offer to fix the issue or provide an updated file. If the problem cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time depends on your payment provider and typically takes 5 to 10 business days.

Technical support

If the file opens but something seems off, email us before requesting a refund. Many issues are caused by Excel settings, regional formatting, or input errors that we can help troubleshoot quickly.
